Awlad Adam Inc. is responsible for the personal information processed by this website and the Carbonico app.
2. Data collected
Account data (name, e-mail, phone, role, hashed password), delivery data (addresses, statuses), delivery proof photos, driver GPS location while the app is in use, camera access for scanning, payments via Stripe (no card numbers stored) and assistant messages.
3. Use
Data is used only to provide the delivery service. It is never sold and is visible only to the people involved within the same delivery company.
4. Security
HTTPS connections, hashed passwords and data isolation by company and role.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. Account deletion is available in the app (About → Delete my account) or by e-mail request.
6. This website
This website sets no advertising cookies and collects no personal data.
